PAMELA J. KNIGHT, Ph.D, PCC
Dr. Knight has more than 40 years of experience in engineering, leadership, defense acquisition, organizational development and training in both private industry and the government. Within the government, she held the position as Chief Engineer for a Major Defense Acquisition Program and spent five years as Professor of Systems Engineering. She later served as the Director for Engineering Career Development within the Missile Defense Agency. She has provided Leadership Intervention Programs for Department of Defense Program Offices and has statistically shown an improved environment after the programs were implemented. She also developed and delivered a new Senior Leadership Program for the DoD Acquisition Community.
Dr. Knight’s current goals include being an inspirational leadership and life coach who creates breakthroughs for herself and others. She supports, world-changing visionary leaders who are brave enough to build a better future. She is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coach Federation and a leadership program facilitator who brings more than forty years’ experience as an organizational leader to her work as an organizational development professional. Having served in senior leader positions for many years, she understands the issues leaders face and has a passion for helping others discover their own skills and tools to resolve leadership issues to achieve mission critical results and life goals. Clients as well as organizational decision makers value her innovative programs and processes. She is gifted with the ability to network within an organization to develop win-win leadership and development activities for the employees and the organization. She is a people person who cares about the people and the organization they represent and is most passionate about helping people achieve their full potential in their professional and personal lives.
